Volume Pricing for STR Portfolios
If you operate 5+ STR units, we'll quote a monthly retainer that covers a set number of turn-over inspections plus on-call emergency response. Typical Miami portfolios with 5–20 units pay $300–$900/month for the retainer, with extra inspections billed at a discounted per-unit rate.
Same-Day Emergency Response
Guest reports pests during their stay? Call us and we'll be on-site the same day — often within 2-3 hours. We work directly with the host (and the guest if you'd like) to resolve the issue and document everything for Airbnb's resolution center. Most hosts who use us for emergency response avoid both the refund and the negative review.
